The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies in calorie counts or identification.**

5. User Content; License Grant
By submitting content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use and improve the Service, including AI model training. Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.

6. Prohibited Uses
Do not upload violent, explicit, or illegal content; reverse engineer the Service; circumvent protections; or upload images of others without consent.

7. Subscription, Billing, and In-App Purchases
Purchases are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, which control payment and renewal terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

8. Third-Party Services
Links or integrations with third-party services are not controlled by Health Scanner AI.

9. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, except User Content, belong to Health Scanner AI or its licensors. Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations. All rights cease immediately upon termination.

11. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” with no warranties. All implied and express warranties are disclaimed, including for merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted, Health Scanner AI’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.

Copyright infringement notices can be submitted to the Company’s agent as described on the Website.

14. Governing Law
Terms are governed by Delaware law. Jurisdiction resides in Delaware, unless arbitration applies.

15. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration. Class actions are not permitted.

16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is found invalid, all others remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
